What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As I explained above we start with the design, getting the permit and help the client to find the best finish materials and fixtures based on the design and their desire.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

architecture degree and having 20 years of experience in building and remodeling projects.preparing the plans, getting the permit helping the client to buy the finish materials and prepare the property to star the project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

First we meet the Client to see and what exactly they want to do, by guiding clients through the entire process—from the first meeting to the final touches. Focusing on building a deep understanding of each project phase, including client consultations, designing functional spaces, navigating permits, and coordinating timelines. As demand for ADUs and custom builds is growing for our company, we master local codes and regulations, ensuring each project is efficient and compliant. Our approach includes working closely with Clients to understand their vision, handling the permitting process, and carefully scheduling each construction phase, ensuring high quality of the workmanship, so our Clients are highly satisfied with the performance and on time finish.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the most recent projects was a full-house remodel where we transformed an old home into a modern, open-concept space while preserving its original character. We opened up the layout by removing non-structural walls, added large windows for natural light, and upgraded the electrical panels, new plumbing for the entire house, finishes to high-quality, sustainable materials. The kitchen became the centerpiece with custom cabinetry and an island, and we updated the bathrooms with sleek, contemporary fixtures. The final result came out just great. To see Client’s happy reaction made all our work worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When choosing a general contractor, look for someone with a strong track record, clear communication, and a transparent approach to pricing and timelines. Check references, review their past projects, and ensure they’re licensed and insured. A good contractor should understand your vision, guide you through permits if needed, and keep you informed every phase of the project..
